We are staying at Best Western, which is across the street from Clementines. We got in late and wanted something convenient for dinner. We were not expecting much given the location. It took us less than 5 minutes to walked over. We were greeted by a warm, cozy dining area. This family owned restaurant serves up a delicious set meal. Entrees come with freshly baked bread, salad, soup and dessert. Bread and split pea soup were made there, and it was so delicious. The soup was flavorful and creamy. Bread was served warm and moist. The salad was fresh and refreshing. We split a NY steak, and it was nicely seasoned and cooked to our specifications. Everything was just delicious. Even the potatoes on the side were so good. We asked for the recipe, and the waitress told us it was a family secret! Well, this spot is a gem, and if your in the area, give it a try!

Absolutely fantastic! I felt like I was at home with grandma. The best bread I have ever eaten in America! (We have been traveling through America for 3 months) The pumpkin cake was also very delicious. The chief waitress is cool and really nice and gave us bread and butter to go because we liked it so much.

Service was warm and friendly, and the dinner was amazing. Most menu items are made in-house, and you can tell by the taste. The food is great, but the service is an A-plus experience on its own merit. Highly recommend!

I don't think I have ever been been so welcomed and taken care of in a restaurant ever, like I was at Clementine's. The staff were so incredibly warm and kind the moment we walked in. The decor is kinda kitschy, country styled, intimate, all at the same time. The meal started with a bowl of clam chowder and a salad with homemade dressing. The fried chicken was made fresh to order and was so tender, while the outside was well seasoned and crispy. The prime rib was juicy and cooked perfectly. The chef bakes fresh everyday a plethora of pies that you have the tough job of choosing one to finish off your meal. My husband chose the cherry pie that had the perfect ratio of tart and sweet. I had the walnut chocolate brownie pie that was simply to die for. Go for the food, but expect to be treated like family.

Cloth tablecloths and cloth napkins, fresh flowers on the tables- a delightful atmosphere. The service was great- kind, attentive servers- felt like "coming home." The food was good, hearty, and the petite dinner (soup OR salad not soup AND salad) was plenty. All meals come with pie which adds to the homey warmth of Clementine's.

This place was the surprise of a lifetime. I can't believe it took us this long to try it. The homemade soups are beyond delicious - get the split pea soup - so much yumminess, and apparently, it's vegan! At first, we thought it was a bit pricy but changed our minds real quick. Rolls, salad, soup, entree, and homemade fresh pie - it's honestly a bargain - and everything is delicious. I got the New York steak, and it was cooked perfectly. The rice pilaf was amazing. We heard people talking about the fried chicken, so we might have to try that next. They have this place run like a well-oiled machine. We never waited for anything. Oh, and the staff! So nice and really on top of it. We were so full we had our server bagged up our dessert to go. Next time, I'm making sure I leave room for that delicious pie. Another thing we enjoyed was the music playing in the backgroud. It must be a playlist because it had all different genres, which we thought was quite nice and a nice touch. We will be back. I definitely recommend Clemintine's!!!
